This week, I sit down with Chef Ryan Peters. From a young age, Ryan always knew he wanted to cook. We talk about everything from his first job scrubbing dishes, to working as a banquet chef in a high end resort, to working his way up to interning at The French Laundry under Chef Thomas Keller. Ryan has done some really cool stuff. Now Ryan spends his time perfecting all things pasta, hustling lasagna to Juju, and heading the pasta program at Iron Born’s new location in the Strip District. His Instagram caught my eye in the beginning. For some reason pasta being made is pleasing to see so make sure you check his page out. Enjoy the episode!
