This week, I sit down with Harry Lorusso. Harry
works for a great company called Chefs' Warehouse.
For 35 years, Chefs' Warehouse has been working directly with
numerous restaurants in our city and all over the nation to make
sure they are stocked up with all the best meats, cheeses, and
everything else they need to make all the food we love. Due to the
COVID pandemic we are in, Chefs Warehouse decided to open its
website and delivery service up to all of us at home. Chefs
Warehouse will now be offering grocery home delivery right to your
door. This week, Harry and I talk all about how a food delivery
company is handling what’s happening in the world today. We talk
about where they source their products from, how they manage to
deliver to the door, the learning curve and problem solving on
going from a restaurant delivery company to offering home delivery
and so much more. This whole conversation is super interesting.
It’s wild to hear about how they are adapting and the platform they
