This week, I sit down with Anaïs Saint-André Loughran for a sensational conversation about one of the greatest things that ever existed, CHEESE! Anaïs and her husband Chris own Chantal's Cheese right in the heart of Bloomfield. Chantal’s Cheese Shop is a place you can go to experience cheese in a way that is unique to others. Anaïs and the rest of the team encourage you to come in and educate yourself through a journey of tastes and welcomed questions for the cheese monger on duty! Personally, there is nothing I like more than being able to pick the brain of the person behind something I enjoy. This week, Anaïs stopped by with a spread of delicious cheese and we munch while I learn a little more about her life. We talk about growing up in France, when her love of food began, the history behind the different varieties of cheese we are eating, the inspiration behind Chantal's Cheese Shop, and so much more.
