This week, I sit down with chef and business owner Dave Anoia to talk about the magic behind his three great food establishments DiAnoia's Eatery, Pizzeria Davide, and Pane e Pronto. If you enjoy pizza, pasta, or bread, then I’m sure you know all about these spots. This week, Dave and I talk about everything from when he got started in the kitchen to how someone from Lebanon, Pa ended up making great food in Pittsburgh.
