This week, I sit down with Chef Tom who is the Head Product Development Chef at all GetGo facilities. Chef Tom and I talk about everything from how he got into the food industry, what goes into running a kitchen, how some of their famous sandwiches like ‘The General’ and ‘The Pilgrim’ come to life, and so much more. I’ve always been so interested in how places like GetGo develop their menus and how they keep the machine running and pumping out quality stuff at all their 100+ locations. This is a great episode and I’m excited to share it.
