This week, I will be the FIRST to sit down to interview the man
behind every Pittsburgher’s favorite Twitter account!
The Pittsburgh
Scanner is a Twitter account (that now has an Instagram account
you should follow!) devoted to being the ears of our fine city!
This Yinzer knight in shining armor spends his free time in his
basement, drinking Iron City and listening to Pittsburgh’s Police
Scanners, all while documenting the most urgent and important
situations happening around us. If yinz follow the account then you
know exactly the type of content I’m talking about.

situations happening in the city that have came through the police
scanner. No embellishment needed in our great city. Content writes
