This week, I had the pleasure of sitting down with 'Big Lonn' Howard or @BigLonn412. I first came across Lonn from following Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa. Lonn is the muscle behind the Taylor Gang. I would see him in YouTube and instagram videos over the years just turning up and having a good time. I didn't know what he was really about until the last couple years. Big Lonn has become obsessed with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu thanks to Stout Training and he has made it known on his popular Instagram account. Mixed in with all the videos of Coyote Man, MMA memes, and the catalog of weed posts, you can see the accolades Big Lonn has accrued over the last couple years of training. Lonn also created his very own cannabis inspired Jiu Jitsu Tournament called The High Rollerz Jiu Jitsu Tournament. Out of all 51 podcasts, I have to say this has got to be my new favorite.
