We have two awesome guests on the podcast this week. The Artist (@evolfran) and the Location! (@streetsoncarson)
This week I sat down with the Owner & Head Chef of one of the best restaurants in the City of Pittsburgh. Matt Christie and his wife Lauren opened Streets on Carson in the Southside of the city and their food is seriously unreal. "Street foods from around the world." Every single thing I've ever eaten from Streets has been impeccable from taste to presentation. Ive wanted to talk to Matt ever since I've met him. I just wanted to pick his brain about how he created something so incredible with his restaurant. We had an awesome conversation.
Streets is going to be the location of Dog Pile On The Rabbit which is the reason why I am giving you two episodes this week. Dog Pile On The Rabbit is an art show created by Jeremy Murray aka @evolfran who you will hear on Thursday.
Matt and Jeremy have been friends for some time and they finally are making something incredible happen. I have seen so much of the artwork that Jeremy has created and Ive eaten my fair amount of Matts food. I can assure you both people are so good at what they do.
